Name Change + Facebook Page

Hey! How’s it going? Just a quick post on the renaming of my blog (drum roll, please! :D) and the creation of my Facebook page.

I was looking through the pages of some folks on Facebook and thinking “I should have that. I could have that. Why don’t I have that!?”

So, after much heart-thumping and loin-girding, I decided to go for it. But first, I needed a name. Hm.

For those who’ve been reading me for a while now, you’ll know that this blog started out as The Musings of My Soul. Um, yeah, I think that moniker’s had its run. It’s the era of Pearlescent Dew Drops, baby! 😀

According to Dictionary.com, ‘pearlescent’ means “having an iridescent luster resembling that of pearl;” ‘iridescent’, of course, means “displaying a play of lustrous colors like those of the rainbow”. Nice, eh? 😀

If we pay attention and listen in a quiet place, I believe the soul is a very wise entity that whispers the secrets we long to know. Those secrets are like pearlescent dew drops nourishing our beings, taking us to greater heights and empowering us to go for our dreams.

Dew drops are pure; fresh, wholesome essences that nourish our earth and all plant life. They come every morning and invigorate what’s already there. Dew drops are energy, and energy is the form of all life.

This is why my blog is now called Pearlescent Dew Drops. I believe it’s evolving into a form of vibrant energy to nurture our consciousness, make joy and authenticity a way of life, and encourage us to follow our dreams wherever they may lead us. Always.

And that’s how it happened, people. It’s time for something new to happen on here and I can only hope I have the courage to see it through. Heck, I WILL have it; can I get an ‘amen!’? 😀

So, please come visit me on Facebook. The page is called Otiti – Pearlescent Dew Drops. Don’t forget to click the ‘like’ button and tell your friends all about it! I’ll be sharing lots of great stuff from like-minded souls and looking forward to seeing you there! :) Ciao, lovelies.

    • Yay! Thanks so much, Sandi. I know right, I looked up the definition and thought “Oh HELL yes! THIS is how I’m gonna be from now on.” I think it’s working out rather well so far. :)
